About the Job:
Invisible is looking for a Principal Client Executive to manage and nurture relationships with 1-2 of our most strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll work with senior executives to drive multi-million-dollar deals and help businesses integrate AI + human-powered solutions for high-impact transformation.
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives.
- Manage a small portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Guide clients through complex sales cycles (12-24 months) and create custom AI-driven solutions.
- Lead executive business reviews and ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Work closely with Growth, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to drive success.
Requirements:
- 14+ years in B2B sales or account management, ideally in Managed Services, Tech, or SaaS.
- Proven experience closing $20M – $50M+ enterprise deals.
- Strong executive presence with a history of engaging global C-suite leaders.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles independently.
- Experience with AI-driven or advanced technology solutions is a plus.
- Must be based in North America.
