Customer Support Agent – Invisible

About the Job:
Invisible is looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist customers with account integration, activation/deactivation, and product support. This role involves handling inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Prior experience in technical support and retirement plans (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans) is a plus but not required.
Compensation: $5 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (Exclusive Commitment)
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account issues, integration, and product support.
- Provide accurate information on retirement plan services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases.
- Manage customer interactions using Zendesk and Aircall.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Familiarity with 401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans is a bonus.
- Must pass a background check before starting.
