About the Job:
Clipboard Health is looking for customer-focused Client Support Specialists to assist healthcare facilities with their staffing needs. This is not a traditional call center role—you’ll act as the frontline account manager, solving problems and ensuring a seamless experience for business clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer issues via phone and email.
- Prevent client churn and ensure customer retention.
- Handle at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily with effective solutions.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach.
- No specific degree required—skills matter most.
- Must have a reliable computer, stable internet (20 Mbps+), and a wired headset.
