About the Job:
Clipboard Health is looking for customer-focused Client Support Specialists to assist healthcare facilities with their staffing needs. This is not a traditional call center role—you’ll act as the frontline account manager, solving problems and ensuring a seamless experience for business clients.

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer issues via phone and email.
  • Prevent client churn and ensure customer retention.
  • Handle at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily with effective solutions.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach.
  • No specific degree required—skills matter most.
  • Must have a reliable computer, stable internet (20 Mbps+), and a wired headset.
