Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location: Remote – US (Preferred: New York City, Washington DC, St. Louis)

Pay Range: $100,000 to $180,000 annually

Job Description:
Frontier Foundry, a privacy-focused AI company based in Washington DC, is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join their team. Specializing in dynamic risk assessment and value discovery through AI, this role offers flexibility for remote work while contributing to cutting-edge AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms, including pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Work on cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, SLMs, and Generative AI.
  • Contribute to the development of software solutions and AI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and optimize AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in pattern recognition, neural networks, NLP, and advanced algorithmic development.
  • Strong background in software development and computer science.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI or machine learning.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LLMs, SLMs, and Generative AI.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Work Policy:

  • Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work.
  • Collaboration hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.
  • Relocation allowed.
